After interviewing teachers from the conservatoire Amare in The Hague, it became clear that:

• Hallways and rooms feel like a ‘hospital’; empty and blank.
• Environment is too sterile and controlled (temperature, lighting, etc.).
• Lack of personality and character in decor.

All interviewed teachers that have also experienced the previous building chose the previous building over Amare. I constructed 3D models of 3 spaces where I held the 3 interviews:
